Gathering Statistics:
In a given classroom, we observe the different color shirts worn by the students. There are 11 students wearing BLACK shirts, 13 students wearing RED shirts, 11 students wearing YELLOW shirts, 9 students wearing BLUE shirts, 6 students wearing PURPLE shirts, 22 students wearing WHITE shirts and 18 students wearing a variety of colors or OTHER.
Statistically, we would write this data out as follows:
11, 13, 11, 9, 6, 22, 18
